James was out of his depth in his new job but he had to convince the company he was capable of it as he needed the money to pay his mortgage. He took the job coventry advertised as a site manager and was given a reference from his previous employers where he was a site supervisor. He tried so hard but he was coming across things he had never had to deal with before so he was a bit concerned that he would get found out in the fact that he was not management material. It’s not that they thought he was a manager, they knew he had previously been a supervisor but he said he could handle the role as a manager so they gave him the job. It consisted of long hours and lots of paperwork but he was getting a bit behind so decided he would take some paper work home with him to get on top of things. His wife wasn’t too pleased that he was doing this every night but at least the bills were getting paid and they were keeping their heads above water!
